Meet Shadi Sabra, our dynamic CEO, who is as passionate about leading our organization as he is about admiring the charming flock of turkeys that roam his backyard. Known for his blunt honesty and straightforward approach, Shadi brings a refreshing perspective to leadership—one that holds our entire organization together, no matter what challenges arise.  

When he’s not steering the company toward success, Shadi delights in sharing his love for Lebanese cuisine, often forcefully educating his colleagues on the wonders of its flavors (and maybe sneaking in a dad joke or two). With his quick wit and humorous take on life, he ensures that our workplace is not only productive but also filled with laughter.

Meet Steven White, our Chief Technology Officer, who expertly blends technical expertise with a love for innovation. Steve is a licensed amateur radio operator and when he’s not guiding our talented engineering team, you might catch him talking to people all over the world, or in his RV, enjoying the tranquility of the woods.

Kathleen Shockey

Operations Manager
 

Meet Kathleen Shockey, our Operations Manager and the delightful “Mother Hen” of the organization! With a knack for ensuring everyone’s needs are met, Kathleen runs our operations with the precision of a well-oiled machine—though we suspect her secret is simply making sure everyone has enough snacks.  

An ardent animal lover, Kathleen believes that every day is better with a furry friend (or two) around. Known for her hilarious sense of humor, she keeps the team in stitches while deftly managing the chaos, proving that laughter truly is the best operational strategy!  

When she isn’t busy keeping the HUB running smoother than a jar of her famous homemade jelly, you can find her perfecting her recipe or maybe attempting to train her pets to help with office errands. Spoiler alert: they aren’t very helpful, but they are adorable!

Meet Jessica Porcello, our Organizational Development & Partnership Manager. Jessica is passionate about transforming teams and building strong partnerships. By day, she strategizes for success; by night, she’s a busy mom to one spirited boy and a few lovable fur children who keep her on her toes! A travel enthusiast and proud foodie, she believes that every great partnership starts with a good meal (or at least a tasty snack). Reach out to her for insights on collaboration and development.

Meet Justin Hardie, our Onboarding Manager and the ultimate multitasking maestro! When he’s not busy crafting seamless onboarding experiences, you can catch him passionately cheering on his beloved Buffalo Bills—his enthusiasm could even make a touchdown dance look unexciting!  

Justin’s unmatched work ethic keeps everything on track, ensuring deadlines are met with precision and flair. He tackles challenges like a pro golfer sinking a hole-in-one, navigating obstacles with ease and style. His ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive atmosphere makes him an awesome leader who motivates his team every day.  

With a unique blend of humor and professionalism, Justin knows that onboarding should be as enjoyable as a Sunday football game.

Christopher Widell

Customer Service & Projects
Manager

Chris Widell is our Manager of Customer Service & Projects, expertly keeping our projects on track and our clients smiling, all while juggling deadlines like a pro (and maybe a few dog toys).  

When he's not busy at work, you can find him wrangling his dogs, who firmly believe they run the show. A concert traveler at heart, Chris loves chasing down his favorite bands and adding unforgettable memories to his playlist.  

He’s also an aspiring chef, known for creating delicious meals—especially if his dogs are around to offer their "expert" opinions. In his downtime, you might catch him kayaking or hunting for rare vinyl records to enhance his collection.  

With a perfect blend of humor and professionalism, Chris is committed to delivering outstanding experiences for our clients—one project at a time!

Joe Bechard

Hub Traffic/Digital Asset Supervisor 
 

Meet Joe Bechard, traffic manager and all other things traffic related. When he’s not busy assisting on traffic related issues, you can probably find him hiking in the Adirondacks or watching a baseball game. 

 

Joe’s work ethic helps resolve all traffic associated issues as well as managing Centralcast’s digital content. Joe has gained a wealth of knowledge due to working in the traffic and programming world for over 25 years. 

 

Always trying to keep things light while maintaining a professional atmosphere for his team, onboarding, and current traffic colleagues.
